I. Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy

Sedans & SUVs: Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 2–24 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours are charged at the full fare.

Specialty Fleet (Sprinters/Buses): Requires 7+ days' notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 3–7 days are charged 50%. Less than 3 days incurs a 100% charge.

II. Airport Arrivals & Wait Time

To provide seamless service at Newark Liberty (EWR), we offer generous grace periods:

• Domestic Flights: 30 minutes of complimentary wait time.
• International Flights: 60 minutes of complimentary wait time.
• Wait Time Fees: After the grace period, wait time is billed in 1-minute increments starting at $1.00/min for sedans.

III. Special Events & UNGA

Reservations during high-demand periods like the UN General Assembly or major events at MetLife Stadium require a 35–50% non-refundable deposit and a 14-day cancellation window.

IV. Corporate Account Billing

Corporate clients with high monthly volume may apply for Net-30 billing through our Clover Payments integration. Automated receipts are provided within 24 hours of service.
